The Helm by Matt Tytel is a surprisingly versatile synthesizer plugin with a great graphical interface and fantastic sounds.
I comes as a Linux 32 and 64 bit, Mac OSX and Windows 32 and 64 bit versions.
When you click on the download you will be asked to donate, but if you do not want to donate, you can also select the last empty field which will give you the download for free and it will remind you later to donate. You can always come back to this page later to do a donation. And also the plugin will remind you of this.
The download for windows is a MSI file, an installer that asks you where you want the standalone program to be installed, and also where the vst version should be installed,
NOTE: When we installed the 64 bit version, to use with our Cubase Elements, it was not accepted by Cubase because this 64 bit version turned out to be the 32 bit version.
So we tried to be smart and also installed the 32 bit version, and this turned out to be the 64 bit version. THis did the trick.
We informed the creator about it so it might have been solved when you download the plugin.
